Outline of Research at the Start

近年、警察や支援センター等の行政機関における親密な関係者間の暴力についての相談件数が増加傾向にある。本研究の目標は、この親密な関係者間における暴力がその後エスカレートするかを予測するためのモデルを構築し、さらにそのモデルに基づいたエスカレート予測リストを作成することである。予測リストの妥当性を仮想事例に基づく実験により向上させ、親密な関係者間における暴力の相談窓口ですぐに実用可能なリストを作成することを目指す。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

親密な関係者間で生じた暴力のあったことが明記された判決文の中で、加害者に対して精神鑑定等を実施したことが明記されている判決文を選別した。その中から精神鑑定の内容がわかる資料の閲覧が許可された事例についてのみ、資料を閲覧して必要な情報を収集した。収集した情報は、当該判決文の事件特徴ごとに分類し分析した。

Reason

２年目は初年度に閲覧できなかった事件についての情報を収集し、現時点で収集可能な事件すべてについて資料を閲覧することができた。また、収集した情報を分類し大まかな傾向を把握することができ、おおむね順調に進行している。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

本年度は収集した情報をもとにWeb調査の実施に必要な情報を選定し、実際にWeb調査を実施する。Web調査を通じて実際のドメスティックバイオレンス相談現場において活用可能な尺度の作成を試みる。
