Outline of Research at the Start	Aeromonas hydrophilaによる壊死性軟部組織感染症の発症および重症化を抑えるためには、宿主体内におけるA. hydrophilaの増殖機構を解明し、制御する方法の開発が必要である。我々はA. hydrophilaが分泌するRtxAという毒素が生体内での増殖に重要な因子であることを明らかにした。そこで、本研究ではRtxAが関与する増殖機構を詳細に解析する。
