Outline of Research at the Start |
DNA-RNA hybrid (R-loop) and DNA-protein association are both molecular interactions that influence chromatin dynamics and genome regulation. The purpose of this study is to identify repetitive elements regulating DNA-RNA/protein association from public R-loop sequencing data and ChIP-seq data.
|
Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
|
Current Status of Research Progress |
Current Status of Research Progress
2: Research has progressed on the whole more than it was originally planned.
Reason
|
Strategy for Future Research Activity |
