Outline of Research at the Start

適切な外来診療（プライマリ・ケア）によって入院を防ぎうる疾患群をAmbulatory Care Sensitive Conditions (ACSC)と呼びます。他国ではACSC入院率(一定期間における全入院数に占めるACSCでの入院数の割合)が地域のプライマリ・ケアの質やアクセスを示す指標として利用されています。本研究の目的は、レセプト情報・特定健診等情報データベース(NDB)等を用いて全国レベルでACSC入院率の記述を行い、日本のプライマリ・ケアの質とアクセスを評価・検討することです。本研究結果は、地域のプライマリ・ケア提供体制の維持や改善を議論する上で重要な資料となることが期待されます。
