| Outline of Research at the Start |
子宮頸癌患者のうち、腔内照射が実施できない予後不良群を対象として、体幹部定位放射線治療という新たな治療オプションの確立を目指す。この体幹部定位放射線治療は線量集中性を極限まで高めた超高精度放射線治療で、子宮頸癌に対してもその有望な成績が報告されている。

| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
1. 腔内照射不適な子宮頸癌に対するSBRTを行う第I/II相試験が終了した。1-1. 欧州放射線腫瘍学会で発表した。1-2. 日本放射線腫瘍学会で発表した。他領域関連学会発表助成の対象演題に選出された。1-3. 日本婦人科腫瘍学会で発表予定である。1-4. 論文がJapanese Journal of Radiologyにアクセプトされた。
2. 腔内照射とSBRTの線量分布を比較する前向き研究を終え、解析が終了した。2-1. 米国放射線腫瘍学会で発表した。

| Strategy for Future Research Activity |
1. 腔内照射とSBRTの線量分布を比較する前向き研究を論文化予定である。
2. 子宮頸癌を有する高齢者へのSBRTに関する第II相試験を立案した。プロトコールの暫定版は完成し、当院婦人科医と詳細を検討している。
3. 腔内照射不適な子宮頸癌に対するMRリニアックを用いたSBRTに関するパイロット試験を作成中である。
