Outline of Research at the Start

我々は心筋positron emission tomography (PET)にfeature-tracking技術を応用することで世界初のPET専用心機能解析アルゴリズムを開発した。同アルゴリズムを用いて得られた心筋ストレイン比(MSR)と心筋血流予備能 (MFR)を各々独立するベクトルと仮定し、2つのベクトルの和として融合させたmyocardial energy (ME)の概念を提唱しており、世界で初めてこのMEを用いて冠動脈バイパスグラフト術(CABG)前後での比較や予後を評価し、CABG適応の新たな指標としての可能性を検討する。

本研究に関する心筋ストレインの検討に特化した研究を欧州核医学会(演題名:The Utility of Right Ventricular Myocardial Strain Ratio Estimated by Ammonia Positron Emission Tomography to Stratify the Risk for Coronary Artery Disease)、北米放射線科学会(演題名:Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting Transiently Improves Myocardial Strain and Myocardial Flow Reserve: An Ammonia PET study)、日本心臓核医学会(演題名:心筋Ammonia PETから得られる左室ストレインによる冠動脈バイパスグラフト術前後の評価)にて報告した。また本研究のこれまでの結果についてまとめた内容を日本核医学会のシンポジウム(演題名:心筋PET検査による両心室心筋ストレイン解析とAI深層学習によるSPECTへの応用)にて発表した。また論文として英文誌に報告した(Eur Radiol (IF: 5.900) 2023; 33: 3889-3896. doi: 10.1007/s00330-022-09359-1、J Nucl Cardiol (IF: 2.400) 2023; 30: 2819-2822. doi: 10.1007/s12350-023-03254-y.)

今年度は上記の通り左室心筋ストレインに関しての研究を行い、国内外の学会、英文誌で報告した。次年度は右室ストレインの関する検討を行い、次年度内に論文化したいと考えている。
