Outline of Research at the Start

看護師が自己の健康を維持増進できることが他者の健康支援には欠かせないという観点から、本学では基礎教育課程において健康自主管理演習を行っている。
本研究では、演習のなかで腸内細菌叢のモニタリングを取り入れ、体調変化の指標にするとともに、生活行動の変化が体調の変化としてあらわれてくる過程にある身体内部の変化を捉えることが生活行動調整に与える効果を明らかにする。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

2023年度は育児休業延長・退職のため研究成果は得られなかった。
研究期間全体を通じ、文献検討、腸内細菌叢調査企業との打ち合わせ、倫理審査申請により本研究の新規性が明確になった。
