Outline of Research at the Start

共感は看護において重要な位置づけにあるが、対応困難な患者と接する機会の多い精神科看護師は患者に対して陰性感情を抱くこともあり、常に共感できるとは限らない。無理な共感は看護師の感情に偽りや葛藤を引き起こすだけでなく、バーンアウトとの影響も強い。ゆえに、患者の受け入れ難い言動によって共感の難しい状況においては、共感ではなく視点取得が実践可能であり、視点取得を活かした関わりによって患者の回復や自立を促すことも可能になると考える。そこで本研究は、共感ではなく実践可能な視点取得を活かした関わりのモデルを構築する。
