Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、認知症高齢者の入眠前にリラクゼーションとして頭部を温める温熱刺激とマッサージによる触圧刺激を加えることで睡眠状態にどのように影響を及ぼすかを明らかにする。温熱刺激として後頭部・頸部・肩・眼部を温め、その後、頭部の睡眠に関する経穴を中心としたマッサージの触圧刺激で施術する。睡眠の評価は、客観的指標として睡眠計のセンサーマットと腕時計型の活動計を用い、主観的指標として対象者の感じ方をNRS（Numerical Rating Scale：数値的評価スケール）で示してもらい評価する。

現在は、倫理審査を経て成人の健常者のプレテストの実験に取り組んでいる。
しかし、本実験では対象者が認知症高齢者となる。対象者のいる施設には依頼し調整中であるが、本実験の倫理審査に申請の許可までは至っていない状況である。

Reason

現在、倫理審査を経てプレテストの段階で、健常者を対象とした実験を開始ている。本実験の倫理審査の許可は取れていない。また、本実験の対象者のいる施設には、対象者を紹介してもらう方向で依頼しているが、条件に合う対象者の選定も含め調整中である。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

本実験の倫理審査の許可を得て、対象者への介入実験を開始しデータを収集する。データを分析して結果をまとめる。
