Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は多様な生理活性を持つ神経栄養因子ミッドカインを標的として、外傷性脳損傷のダメージを緩和し機能予後を改善させる可能性を持つ、新規の治療方法確立のための基礎を創設することを目的とする。急性期におけるアプタマーを用いたMK発現抑制、回復期における運動介入とMK投与の併用効果、急性期におけるアプタマー治療と回復期のMK投与及び運動介入の複合による効果を確認する。
