チーム医療や地域包括ケアなど多職種連携や職種転換が課題となる看護・介護・保育の3領域を対象とし、第三段階教育における複線型養成ルートによる教育プログラムの実証的体系的な把握を行う。各領域別、各レベル別の学修成果／コンピテンシーを実証的に把握し、レベルとタキソノミー（成果次元としての知識・技能・態度・応用）とを組み合わせた学修成果マトリクスを策定し、職業人のコンピテンシー把握と組合せて、既修得モジュールの適切な認定よるリカレントな学びを促進するモデルの開発を行う。ひいては年数継続主義、単位累積原理にもとづく日本の教育・資格制度を、国際通用性のある学修成果基盤型へと転換させることを目的とする。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In order to construct a 'Japanese version of the National Qualifications Framework (NQF)' with the potential for flexible cross-boundary penetration, a learning outcomes matrix was developed for several health and welfare professions (nursing, childcare, aged care and social welfare), and the commonality of descriptors between professions was examined. Regarding learning outcomes as goals, for nursing, which has diverse connections, we interviewed 16 teachers of enrolled nurse training and two-year high school advanced course nursing programmes in high schools and professional training colleges about the curriculum and the actual conditions of educational articulation. In addition, a web survey of 2,223 working adults and graduates of companies in the health and social care sector was conducted to analyse and examine the validity of the occupational competncies stacking model based on the learning outcomes matrix.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
医療・福祉分野の共通基礎課程を視野に入れた、基礎レベルの学修成果と職業コンピテンシーの「日本版NQF」マトリクスを看護、介護、保育の3領域において作成し、その妥当性を卒後20年までの現職社会人を対象とした社会人調査において検証したところに学術的な意義がある。
また、レベルを考慮したアウトカムにもとづく教育・資格制度の整序と接続モデルを看護師と准看護師、社会福祉士において検討し、日本の教育・資格制度に通底する年数主義、単位累積原理のプロセス重視から。国際通用性のある学修成果を基盤とする柔軟で多様な学びを可能にするモデルへの転換につながる萌芽的な取り組みとして社会的な意義を有する。
