Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では,建築基準法に規定される避難安全検証法と同程度の負担で,専門家による防災計画評定と同等の課題検出精度を有する,平面計画分析モデルを開発する.これにより,建築物の避難安全計画上の問題点を設計段階で修正する機会を提供し,社会全体の建築物の避難安全性能の向上に資することを目的とする.

Outline of Final Research Achievements

In the context of building evacuation safety verification, evaluations often focus solely on meeting minimum safety standards (e.g., building code compliance). Even when a design fails to meet these standards, feedback on potential modifications for improvement is typically lacking. This study proposes a method for visualizing the analysis results of building evacuation safety plans using heatmaps. This approach aims to clearly identify evacuation safety issues within floor plans and facilitate their incorporation into the design phase. Additionally, to extract design requirements suitable for analysis with heatmaps, we introduce the 4R concept to delineate the characteristics of these requirements.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

建築基準法で要求される安全水準は最低限のものでしかなく,それを上回る性能の付与を促すことが,より安全な社会を実現するための課題となっている.そこで本研究では,避難安全に係る平面計画上の特徴をヒートマップにより可視化し,平面計画において改善が必要な点を抽出することで,設計案の向上を促すための手続きを提案している.
