Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、機能性タンパク質を合目的に配列するための方法論を提案する。予測・設計が容易な相互作用点としてDNA結合性タンパク質を採用し、その標的DNA配列をコネクターとして用いる。機能性タンパク質・DNA結合性タンパク質・DNAのそれぞれが持つ多様性を活かしたコンビナトリアルにビルディングブロックを作製し、合目的にタンパク質ポリマーを合成する。
