Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、土壌菌叢中で特定のBacillus属細菌の増殖を誘導する生理活性物質（REMS）の単離同定を試みることでこの現象の普遍性および活性物質の多様性について明らかにすると共に、化学合成したREMSとREMS応答性単離株を用いた遺伝子解析等によって、この新奇な植物-微生物間相互作用の仕組みを遺伝子レベルで解明する。
