| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究では、韓国におけるポストコロニアリズムの潮流を検討する。特に、日本で広く共有されている欧米発のポストモダン的なポストコロニアリズムの思潮の問題意識に照らして、それとは異なる韓国の新たなポストコロニアリズムの独自性を明らかにする。
具体的には、民族文学論を中心とした韓国文学界におけるポストコロニアリズムの受容を検討すると同時に、韓国におけるフランツ・ファノンの受容史をポストコロニアリズムの文脈において位置づける諸言説の解釈を検討することで、ナショナリズムと親和性のある韓国のポストコロニアリズムの潮流の特徴を明らかにし、最終的には、政治思想としてのポストコロニアリズムの可能性を考察する。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Focusing on the Korean discourse on the concept of Minjok Munhak (national literature), this study examines how Minjok (Korean nation) was presented in relation to the political situation of Korea's modern and contemporary history, and ultimately how it related to postcolonialism. In particular, by tracing the historical background of the discourse on Minjok Munhak, this research explores the specific transformations that took place in the Korean context as Western theories of postcolonialism were received. It clarifies how postcolonialism relates to nationalism in the context of a non-Western society.

本研究は、韓国におけるポストコロニアリズムの新たな展開と、ナショナリズムとの複雑な関係を考察する。従来のポストコロニアリズム研究は、ポストモダニズムやポスト構造主義の視点から非西洋社会を分析する傾向があったが、本研究は韓国という非西洋社会におけるポストコロニアリズム理論の独自の発展に着目することで、ポストコロニアリズム研究に新たな視座を提供する。特に、韓国における民族文学論を軸に、ナショナリズムとポストコロニアリズムの相互作用を明らかにし、韓国現代知性史の展開を解明することで、韓国研究にも新たな貢献を果たす。
