Outline of Research at the Start

アルマ望遠鏡で誕生して間もない星を観測し、星と惑星系がどのように成長していくのかを研究する。惑星のもとは、回転する円盤であると考えられており、誕生して間もない星の円盤構造や星の周りのガスの運動を調べることは惑星系形成の理解に役立つ。また、誕生直後の天体でできた物質が、どのようにして太陽系にもたらされたのかは興味が持たれる。星と惑星系の物理的な成長過程とともに、物質の化学過程についても調べている。

Outline of Final Research Achievements

My research aim was to elucidate "Inner structure of early disk", "Origin of chaotic assembly", "Formation and evolution of complex organic molecules". During 2 years, I had been studying on the 3 themes:" Hot corino in Warm Carbon Chain Chemistry source", " Distribution, kinematics, and temperature structure in outflow", "Measuring deuterium fractionation in disk/envelope system". I successfully obtained the results to develop our understanding of young low-mass protostars. I presented them in international and domestic conferences. These studies except for the second were already published as a paper.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

この20年ほどの間に、5000以上の系外惑星が発見されてきた。それらは、連星系で形成されたものや、中心星の自転と逆向きに公転するものなど、様々であることが明らかになりつつある。このような惑星系多様性の起源は星形成後の後天的要因だけではなく、原始星の形成初期にもあるのではないかと考えられる。原始星は低温(数10-100 K)かつ母体となるガスに埋もれている。しかし、近年ALMAやJWSTなどの最新観測機器で、誕生したばかりの原始星の詳細を捉えることが可能になった。本研究は、惑星系多様性の起源、さらに太陽系の成り立ちの解明に大きな意義がある。
