Outline of Research at the Start

起立性調節障(OD)・起立不耐症(OI)は国内外での学童・思春期地域住民対象の横断的研究・長期的追跡研究が乏しい。当センターでは吹田市とともに2022年度より特定地区の小学校5年生、中学校2年生を対象に健診事業を開始する。本研究ではこの健診にOD・OIの検診を取り入れる。問診によるスクリーニング後、対象者には新起立試験・家庭血圧・心エコー検査を行う。さらに症例対象研究でメタボローム解析を行い疾患背景、臨床像を明らかにすることを目的とする。また、本研究終了後の展望として3年毎の追跡研究を行いOD・OIの罹患率や予後、これらに関係する因子を同定し、患者支援方法を提案することを目指す。
