| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究の目的は、80歳以上である超高齢者のレジリエンスを促進するための介入モデルを構築するとともに、同モデルの妥当性及び地域ケアプログラムの開発への活用可能性について検証することである。
初年度は、文献レビュー及びインタビュー調査により、介入モデル（案）を開発する。次年度は、地域在住の超高齢者を対象としたアンケート調査により、開発した介入モデル（案）を検証する。また、最終的な介入モデルに基づく地域ケアプログラムのコンテンツ案について提案することを目指す。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The objective of this study is to develop an intervention model for a resilience enhancement program specifically designed for the oldest-old population, defined as individuals aged 80 years and older.
The principal contributions of this research are twofold. First, through empirical investigation centered on the oldest-old people, We identified age-specific indicators of resilience and their associated factors in the super-aged population, and developed an intervention model aimed at enhancing their resilience in later life. Second, based on these findings, we developed a structured implementation plan for a resilience enhancement program tailored to the unique needs of demographic group.
Future work will involve pilot testing the proposed program to assess its feasibility, acceptability, and potential efficacy.

本研究の学術的意義は超高齢者のレジリエンス促進にむけた介入モデルを構築したことにより、高齢者保健・医療・福祉に関わる学問領域の知識体系が発展することである。
本研究の施策的意義は、超高齢者のレジリエンス促進にむけた具体的な介入プログラムの提案により、今後の新たな施策や制度、事業の設計の一助となるとともに、超高齢者の健康・安寧に資する地域ケアシステム構築に結びつくことである。
