cryo-EMを用いた生体分子構造解析技術における新奇なグリッドの開発を目指す．cryo-EM法の試料作成において，非晶質氷の膜厚や均一性は，像質および構造解析に影響を与えるが，非晶質氷の厚さを自由に調整できるような技術や支持体は確立されていない．本研究では，非晶質氷の膜厚や均一性を制御できるようなグリッドの開発を目的として，フラーレン誘導体を用いた膜厚調整が容易な有機超薄膜を用いて，膜厚や孔のサイズが調整可能なグリッド作成を試みる．
