| Research Abstract |
We researched the educational reform in the Russian Federation, post the Soviet Russia. We analised the anti-Russian culture and devolution without central government after 1991. But we can identify back-rush movement to Russian culture and political centralism for fifteen years, and neo-liberalism like USA and UK. New Federal Education Law is the good example.
