Outline of Final Research Achievements |
A method expressing characteristics of cancer cells based on linear differentiation, which maps 5 kinds of dispersion patterns, quantity and aggregation ratio of protein, cell size, and quantity and aggregation ratio of DNA, to a fixed dimensional feature space by using kernel function of a support vector machine was developed. In addition, some necessary conditions for timed Petri net are shown to make it retention-free. Based on the dependencies of transition delay time and cycle structure in Petri net, a method deciding delay times in partial structures in a Petri net model of a signaling pathway and a condition for cycle structure were formulated.
