Research Abstract |
We could develop the support system with ICT to support the professional development of the teacher. That is named Movie Reflector Server. By using this system,the teachers in the mentor team teach each other by reflecting the video of own and the others lessons. We found some results that professional teacher played a vital role of the professional development of bignning teachers. however the age and sex of the member in the team influence the reflection and the colleagueship.
