Research Abstract |
Transgenic chickens have been used for biopharmaceutical production as a living bioreactor. In the present study, to apply stem cell technology for transgenic chicken production, culture techniques and transcriptome analysis for chicken embryonic cells were examined to establish efficient generation and culture procedures for chicken pluripotent stem cells.
