| Research Abstract |
A massive material about DPRK in China, Russia and some nations of Eastern Europe was collected through the common research with the Centre for Research of Korean Peninsula in Beijing Univ. for 3 years, which include a foreign teleglam, a situation analysis report, and so on from 1948 to the end of the Cold War. These materials would be edited to 8 groups and published in 3 volumes all titled the "Significant Materials related with North Korea" after translation by the Association of Translators in Peking Univesity.
The 8 groups by each theme are shown as the fellows. Vol.1 (1953-58): the Process of Purges in the KWP + the Economical Rehabilitation after the Ceasefire of the Korean War; Vol. 2 (1956-59): the First Economic Plan for 5 years + the August Sectarian Incident / the Withdrawal of CPVA / the Repatriation Project of the Koreans in Japan to North Korea; Vol.3 (1959-61): the Process to start the nuclear exploitation + the 4.19 Political Incident and North Korean Response.
