Research Abstract

Two kinds of hydroxyapatites with different properties, hydrothermally synthesized hydroxyapatite (HHA) and stoichiometric hydroxyapatite (SHA) were used in this study. The basic technology for developing a new absorption controllable bioceramic could be obtained by revealing activation mechanism of osteoclast precursor cells comparing these two kinds of hydroxyapatites with different properties.
