Research Abstract

It has been 14years since Long-term Care Insurance began. Local governments in Japan are expected to be reform of community welfare for home care. Recently they need collaboration of local governments, residents and professionals in care work and health care. We studied current circumstance and problems of family care in case study of Ono city and Sakai city in Fukui Prefecture.
