Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study focuses on the impulsivity trait as one of the psychological characteristics leading to an unsettled state of mind. It provides dietary education to stabilize the state of mind by exploring the association between dietary habits and the impulsivity trait. Research indicates that decreasing nutrient intake, especially proteins, can influence the impulsivity trait. It must be kept in mind that a well-balanced diet is vital not only in maintaining physical fitness, but mental health including stabilizing impulsivity and emotional traits.
