Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this research, the 6mer oligomer containing Oz was ligated with 13mer and 11mer oligomers and the complimentary 30mer oligomer, and then the 30mer oligomer containing OzOz was prepared. Using DNA polymerase alpha, beta, zeta, eta, kappa, Klenow fragment or REV1, primer elongation was performed.
