Research Abstract

From 2011 to 2013 we studied the Phrygian cultural material of West-Central Anatolia in the Eskisehir Archaeological Museum. The purpose of this archaeological research was to better understand the distinctive features of the West-Phrygian Culture in this region.
The results of this study suggest that the West-Phrygian culture played an important mediatory role in the cultural interaction between Anatolia and the west.
