Research Abstract |
Through my research, characteristics of the institution 'negotiorum gestio'(unrequested intervention of another's affairs) have become more evident than before. They are, as for one institution of three extra-contract obligations in continental law system, not necessarily stable. Its normative content must be now and here in each law system evaluated and decided considering what function should be given to it. Moreover this research has me given some hints about reorganization of three extra-contractobligations.
