Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this research, we look at child safety policies in Japan and Western countries from a comparative legal policy viewpoint. The main achievements of this research are (1) making clear the theoretical basis for consumer policy relating to child safety in Western countries, and (2) making clear the relationship between soft law and consumer education through examples in Western countries.
