Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This research project reveals the structure of 'conflict governance' in Rwanda. During genocide in Rwanda, conflict governance was established by a number of social, economic and political factors: poverty in rural areas, failure of democratisation, political manipulation by the extremists, patron-client relationship, social capital to bond genicidaires as well as exclude victims.
