Research Abstract |
Japanese electronic component Mmnufactures have been competitive adavantages in process technology for low-cost and high quality production for long years. And they have acquired product development capability and developed new businesses. For plannning and implementing new business developmen, foreign subsidiaries have played important roles for developing new-customer relationships and bases og global supply plants. For this strategy, agile and bold investment to foreign subsidiaries is key for succcesss. However, they are not eager to aquire new business chances for entering emerging markents in the emerging economy.
