| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this research, we analyzed industrial business creation in the local area. We focus particularly on business processes. We survey a case study about a wood biomass energy business project. This project is carried out by Kochi University of Technology, Geisei-village, and a local company. Next, we compared this case study with other local businesses. In particular, we observed the instability of these businesses. Then, we propose a three layer structure for cluster stabilization.
