In order to analyze the formation mechanism of creative capability in content industry (especially in film-making and animation), intensive hearing, questionnaire ethnography analysis, and Database Analysis are utilized. By doing so, characteristic of skill formation is analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. From those observations, a methodology for improving the competitive advantage in creative industry are discussed.
