Research Abstract |
Human resource development in japan is mainly vocational training within the enterprise. After 1990's, vocational training within enterprise is in difficulties. On the other hand youth unemployed is on the increase, kept at a distance from education and training in enterprise. We need a public vocational training, but a public vocational training does not play a large part in human resource development in japan.
