Research Abstract |
Using high brightness synchrotron radiation, in this study, not only potential dependent static structures but also their structure changes were investigated by in situ surface X-ray scattering measurements with high time and spatial resolutions. Those of Ag/AgCl reaction on Ag ultrathin layer on Au(111), electrodeposition of Pt on Au(111), and surface oxidation/reduction of Pt at Pt(111)/polymer electrolyte interface were made clear.
