Research Abstract |
We developed new spin-label reagents based of isoindole framework bearing bulky alkyl groups near nitroxyl radical. The spin labels showed strong resistance against the reduction with L-sodium ascorbate. We also developed the synthesis method of agricultural chemicals bearing spin-labels using click reaction.
