| Research Abstract |
This study focused on a relationship between Social Exclusion and Local Public Transportation. In this paper, we proposed an accessibility index considering of quality of life for a resident. This accessibility index was able to evaluation of a relationship of Social Exclusion and Transportation. According to these systems, a fundamental framework to build a public transportation system except Social Exclusion was proposed.
