| Research Abstract |
In population reduction period that are intended to be aging society in the future, to understand the transition of both time points of 2030 and 2010 the utility sphere of public hall, this study competitive facility of use area level and aging facilities after having placed taking into account the situation of the, was carried out case studies and the concept of restructuring plan in wide-area administrative area in the future.
