Research Abstract

Clostridium perfringens enterotoxin (CPE) is a cause of human food poisoning and considered to be a pore-forming toxin, which is supported by several lines of indirect evidence. The structure of CPE was determined by X-ray crystallography at 2.0 A resolution.
