Research Abstract |
In order to establish a aquaculture system considering animal welfare, I carried out comprehensive analysis of biochemical components. It is suggested that the effects of high density rearing under the fixed water quality were able to detect by the changes of energy metabolisms even if the typical stress indicator such as plasma cortisol levels in fish.
