| Research Abstract |
The presenti study aims to investigate the immigrant route and distribution of zoonotic fungal specie: Microsporum gallinae. emdemic in stropical area in our country. As a report; Isolation of Microsporum gallinae from a fighting cock (Gallus gallus domesticus) in Japan (Medical Mycology, 2013 Feb; 51 (2) :144-9) was published. In addition, another report on the fungal specie and related ones from 793 birds (chicken 645 birds, 148 birds Shamo) is in press, in Mycopathologia.
