Research Abstract |
For the development of automatic gas injection method, gas tight syringe was installed in custom-made syringe holder operated by electrical servo motor. Same glass vial bottle with manual injection method was adopted to this automated system. Gravitational mechanical motion carries gas sample bottles. More than 60 bottles were able to measured by one time setting. Original system controlling program was developed. 2. CO2 and N2O were fully separated by double capillary column of CP-PoraBOND Q(25m) with cryo-focusing (liq. N2 temperature) method. Highly purified nitrogen gas (99.9999%) was emanated from compressed air through 2 catalytic furnace and 4 hollow fiber tubing system.
