Research Abstract |
NANDA-I nursing diagnosis is a tool to extract the nursing issue improved by nurses alone. We applied the diagnoses to the elderly in long-term care facilities and developed a computer system to support the care planning by means of tablet computers. As a result, simplification and speeding of the assessment can be achieved.
