Outline of Final Research Achievements

On microaray for squamous cell carcinoma cell line established from esophageal cancer,miR hsa-miR-203a, hsa-miR-27a-3p and hsa-miR-205-5p were detected for candidate regulating radiosensitivity. On Gene Set Enrichment analysis based on Cancer cell line encyclopediaのgene expression array data, miR-203a was significantly higher expressed in radiosensitive esophageal cancer cellculture (TE9), compared to other esophageal cancer cell cultures. MiR-203a might be new bio-marker regulating radiosensitivity of esophageal cancer.
