Research Abstract |
To identify estrogen receptor breast cancer high risk group, we analyzed datas both estrogen receptor positive breast cancer patients and control women. We analyzed epidemiological factors, single nucleotide polymorphism and serum biomarker both ER positive breast cancer patients and control women. We constructed ER positive breast cancer risk model among both premenopausal women and postmenopausal women by logistic regression analysis.
