Research Abstract |
To clarify the mechanisms of insulin-like growth factor(IGF) signaling regulated by nitric oxide, we performed Yeast Two Hybrid Assay which can search a protein binding to insulin receptor substrate( IRS)-1. Screening for cDNA library was performed. Eight proteins were selected as candidate of regulator of IRS-I. We found out that one of them bind to IRS-1 and regulated IGF signaling.
