Research Abstract

Gsαヘテロ欠損マウスは、GNASヘテロ欠損マウス(エクソン2ヘテロ欠損)と野生型マウスと交配することにより作成,JSPS fellowship(2002-2003)として所属していた研究室より譲渡可能であったが研究代表の異動に伴い、実験の継続が不可能となった譲渡元研究室での、データは、一部使用可能であった。腫瘍は、生後3ヶ月までの、発生はないが、生後6ヶ月をすぎると、20匹中5匹(25%)、生後6ヶ月をすぎると、1年を過ぎると、19匹中11匹(58%)に、発現がみられ、成長とともに、頻度が増加した。父アリル欠損マウスと母アリル欠損マウスにおける腫瘍発生の頻度に差は認めなかった。そのため、腫瘍発生とインプリントとの関連は示唆しなかった。腫瘍は、耳、足、尾の皮下に発生しており、体幹部発生はなかった。組織は、線維腫や血管線維腫の良性軟部腫瘍であった。発生部位より、外傷と関連した、反応性増殖の可能性が考えられた。
