Research Abstract |
We have established a real-time, quantitative and reproducible mouse models of staphylococcal osteomyelitis and soft tissue infection using bioluminescence imaging. We have also developed a new antibacterial implant and drug delivery system for orthopaedic infectious diseases. Based on the results from our research, we have now moved on the preparation of clinical trial using these techniques.
